ah, OK. Thanks James. Makes sense.

...and thanks Imre. Always appreciate it!

It's going to be just as great as the (1,000,001) renders when the acres of glass gets a final polish.

Hmmmm

I haven't logged in for a few days. Catching up has been cool! But purrrrlease! I have heard people mentioning ICC SWFC etc etc as being superior. This is the daddy! This is the shell, when the cladding done, it will be astonishing. As for being skinny, lets see the wings first. And I still here people quoting how far there is to go till the topping out. Let's not be presumptive guys. Expect the unexpected.

And one more thing

....do not compare potential pie in the sky pictures of the mile high, al burj etc. All bluff and bluster till I see them doing it. p.s The Empire state was my childhood ferrari of a building, avwc posters on the wall, as I move into middle age, the Burj is my Bentley!

Everyone has their own tastes, ICC is superior to burj IN MY OPINION ONLY! So stop arguing in this again, get back to topic!

Thanks AltinD and James. The photos originally worried me but actually now that you mentioned it, it is quite common to do a colored liquid test so it's much easier to see where leaks and problems occur.

Wow I can only imagine the strong winds up there. Some of that formwork is appearing to be shaken around a bit! Like others have said, the difference in height is becoming staggaring and getting hard to look at!

I am not arguing anything! And wouldn't bring any other building to the thread without people mentioning first, especially not ICC! Look at my posts, Burj Dubai only........ oh and maybe the Empire State. I only do Iconic, not non descript!

The water of the lake looks green. But the pictures are excellent. Now you can take an aerial picture of the lake to see how it looks especially at nigth.

In burjdubaiskyscrpapers.com there are wonderful pictures of the old town, they look very nice.
