The recent photo analysis I did seems to jive well with this latest diagram showing elevators from Chad.
Looks like OB will be L123 for sure and top level of low wing is 123 too. Makes sense I think
We dont know why the other nearby floors have increased floor height though, or why 122 has a strengthened floor.
We can't see L123 floor yet. It may have a different design it looks like.
Could be a multi level OBD. we'll see soon.

Stupid question but: Are the wings made out of concrete, there are pouringforms, but there aren`t any red concrete pumps or are they not visible from the angles Imre takes pics?

The concrete is pumped up pipes in the core and out onto the top of the wings forms. We don't see the red pipes that distribute the concrete into the forms because of the angle looking up. They get blocked from view by the forms themselves.

I will still be extremely disappointed if the observation deck stays on lv 123 as per the published plans. It just doesn't make sense to put it so low down, especially since there's more than 50 storeys above it still! If they do actually put it there, I hope they put a smaller, "premium" deck higher up that you have to pay extra to get up to.

It's not like they'll lose money by putting it higher up... the higher it is, the more money people will pay! (including me )

No, that is actually a complete guess....I would have said 940m +- 10m.....but 940 had already been taken.....the chances of me being right over anyone else is pretty slim!

Oh, just to point out L124 is the ob deck....L123 is the last direct transfer floor for both passenger and service elevators! L123 is also the mech level in that section so will be re-enforced for that reason like all of the others.
As the elevators are double deckers.....the upper deck will stop at the ob deck on L124 too!

Sorry, I've been told so much information on this build that even I don't know what to believe any more....I'm just acting upon what I personally understand myself and drawing my own conclusions!
I have inadvertantly for some strange reason become an oracle of sorts for many forumers over the last year.....but I can already see myself becoming quite nerdy....which really isn't me at all.
I'm just a normal guy...who is tenatious bordering upon fanatical.
My drive to want to completely understand everything is just part of my everyday personallity and daily ethos....and to many can be viewed as pompous, pontificating, abnoxious and egotisticle!
I just love coming here and interacting with people who also have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for this iconic structure.
To me, this is an opportunity to feel part of the whole process, so when built we can all say retrospectively, that even without standing at the base of the structure during construction....that we were there to witness history in the making!

You might be right about L124, but this diagram may be helpful.
Seems planned to have the top floor of the medium wing as part of the OBD.
I didn't put that green line in. It was there in the original PPS.
So which ever that floor is then. I think it's 123. We'll see. I'm thinking double floor OBD maybe. 123 and 124!
That would allow for an outdoor observation area on the terrace ( the roof of 123 ).
