Wow, that's a trendy looking little apartment there, Adrian Smith fan.

And that view makes me drool. Looks a little unrealistically green, out there, though, for the desert.

It looks big enough, but for five or so million dollars US, it looks pretty small.

Also, I wonder if they have a supercolumn hidden behind that mirror. I've been wondering how they're going to handle all the giant concrete pillars right by what will be the windows.

Its kinda cheap by international standards....its even cheaper than the likes of Hong Kong and Singapore.(if i judge the size correctly)

Right now all we have are rumors that floors will be that high. How could someone possibly have plans for a floor we aren't even sure exists?

OMG, it really is a view to drool over, at night would be fantastic! It would be stupendous if your living room faced the under construction Al Burj. The apartment appears very beautiful. I would love to have the window expanse in my living room. Just imagine peeking out your bedroom window at night.

BTW, shouldn't there be more towers in that view??

Just to make this comment for no other reason that the thread is now suffering from excruciating BORDOM. Posting for the sake of posting and nothing else.

This render makes me actually think, what is the point to live so high if there's nothing really interesting to see trough the window...
