BENIDORM | In Tempo | 200m | 52 fl | U/C

The tallest tower in the city, and the fifth at seventh tower in Spain....

Architect: Pérez-Guerras Arquitectos & Ingenieros (Neguri Gane, Edificio Neptuno....)

Yeah it's kitch and ugly but anyway it'll fit very well in the skyline and it's another 200m tall tower (or maybe they're 2 )

I just only dislike that f*****g gulls

Well, i suppose Disco is also 'hot' in Benidorm en this is the architect?

I seriously do not understand why other similair places, like the Gold Coast or even Panama are constructing serious towers while Benidorm prefers tacky and kitsch.

Benidorm is very ugly… but… Why as much people of all Europe in summer go? There are many more prettier destinies in Spain and Europe....

Thus they score to the tower in Spain:

Maybe because Benidorm has 1/8, and 1/15 of the population of those cities?

There are some serious towers, but they're not the most:
Torre Mediterraneo, 40 floors, it's under construction:

Torre Lúgano, 43 floors - 158 metres, just topped out, it's gonna look really nice when facade is completed:

Torre Pinar, 30 floors or so, finished 2 years ago, but I love it:

That is not the reason, because there is not direct link between the size of population and quality of architecture. Especially not when you consider the fact that Benidorms population in exceeds a half million in the summer and the city has one of the largest number of hotel beds of Europe.

What does it mean? Maybe what? where is the link between holidays-population and ugly towers?

The small cities have less category in skyscraper. (There are exceptions…)

Strange design, but very high tower for Spain: 210 m.
