this is from the residential complex called Золотые Ключи 2 not sure what the right translation should be Golden Keys2 or Golden Springs 2 (probably the springs given the fake?? creeks all around the buildings)

On the 28th of April the base slab of the tower B was cemented.
The process lasted 21 hours 46 minutes. The planned time was 40 hours,
