WARSAW | Wolska Tower | 150m | 35 fl+ | Pro

Wolska Tower 150m

Investor:Harmonia Grupo

http://www.harmonia45.com/componente...3D%3D&MA%3D%3D

"On this 10.000sqm plot, the company is developping a modern residential complex as well as offices and a commercial area. This project also includes a tower of over 35 floors that will become one of the architectural points of reference in the city.

The project benefits from its spectacular location in the centre of Warszaw, very close to the financial district, and also from a rapid and direct connection to the rest of the city by means of public transportation.

Harmony, high quality, style and design will be the characteristic elements of the emblematic Wolska project."

Design by: Aukett-Fitzroy-Robinson

Should rise in this green grass parcel...

Another elegant and refined addition to the Warsaw skyline, but they really gotta start amping up the height on some of these towers!

As a polish citizen and being in Warsaw countless times, I am thrilled at the buildings that are being proposed and constructed lately. Nothing too big but definetly quality. My current home is in Toronto, Canada, and everything being built here is so bland, boring, and similar.

The future skyline of warsaw, is going to be spectacular!

yeah I agree with you on that. I just think it's too massive, and therefore lacks elagence. I would change the square lower part of the building.

I think that, this one won't be build. There are some plans to build a highrise building on that side but in the near future perhaps.
