icbc does quite a few One Grantai loans, with the smallest unit being 2000sf in One grantai, the minimum cost per unit is over 10 million, only the big banks in Macau can deal with this sort of morgage.

I am an overseas buyer and it seems quite difficult to get much help in timely manner...

how much per sf is 20 mil valuation? is that more or less than you purchase price?

Last time I was up there(01/11), the club house internal was finish, most of the internal of all building was up to about 20th floor, my understanding is they are aiming for 12/11 completion.

Yes delay, delays,

But at least the picture is looking brighter now, hopefully, within 2011, there is a lot of good news coming ouot of Cotai, ie galaxy openning in 5/11, the Starwoods openning at end 11 or early 2012, also hopefull by which time, Wynn would have confirmed their Cotai project, and Four Season apartments are finally selling.

With Heggqin Island now looking at full swing, all being equal (world economy, China, Japan, etc), their should substantial upside.
