Loved the shots about Crown Macau and Arc de Triomphe (about we know so little, except its where??) all we know is this.

Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Ltd. is a diversified, Hong Kong-based company engaged in the property development, hotel, casino, transportation, jewelry, port and telecommunications businesses. Chow Tai Fook, the major shareholder of New World Development Co. Ltd. (HKSE: 0017), is a private enterprise owned by Dr. Cheng Yu-Tung, a leader of the Hong Kong business community and the Chairman of New World Development Co. Ltd..

The Arc de Triomphe project is a US$360 million luxury development project in Macau. The development includes a 57-floor mixed-use high rise with hotel rooms, residential condominiums and casino gaming. Construction of the property is underway, and it is scheduled to open in late 2007 to early 2008.

Crown looks very modern in the pic and i guess MGM will be complete very soon from the pics

新羊城 doesnt change much from what i saw last year, except the cladding part

Grand Lisboa looks like crap right now because of the temporary tarp they put on the building. Once they finish installing all the windows, I think it will look very good and distinctive. The material they use seems to be very high quality, and Grand Lisboa also looks better than the rendering. Once it is completed, it will be a classic for years to come.

MGM Macau.
In the rendering, you can only identify 2 colors on its facade: yellow, white and yellow.

But on the real thing, you can clearly see "Gold, Silver, and Bronze" the 3 major metals used as MONEY in Ancient China. Use those colors on a casino is perfect, and it really makes the building attractive and brings dynamics to a very simple square-shaped building. That's why I think the building looks far better than the rendering and exceeded my expectations.

I can imagine celebrities trying to get into the VIP rooms at the upper "GOLD LEVELS".

I think that with the Las Vegas Sands upcoming Q-1 results, an announcement will be made about the opening date, if any.

One must realize if looking at your latest Venetian pictures that they still have a fair way to go, as the interior fit-out is where most of the work is.

So most likely it could be a soft opening of the casino section only, and that would make sense as that's where the cash is anyway!

Knew they would open in 3Q - with full launch I think in October.

Man U coming so soon ! Anyway, the European Champions (Liverpool) will be playing in HK !!!
