the tower will have 5 basements. the two buildings will not be connected. the mall will have 3 basements. don't worry about the questions. i love talking about this. i like very much the project especially the mall. i know everybody likes the tower best but for me the mall is more beautiful due to the asymmetrical wing above.

thanks a lot for informations!

i m an architect, and i m surprised to see an engineer who likes more asimetrical and innovative structures, than some high-rise.
maybe people are not so enthusiastic about malls, because they look like some boxes. though, as u said, this project has much more personality because of the office wing above, getting out from the main volume that is the mall...
and another thing, 'by mistake' do u have some renders that weren t posted here? any new info would help! thanks!

BTW, check this out: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...602857&page=16 . there is a problem about this foundation, what s you re opinion?

i don't understand what u sent to me. i know the building but i dont' know the project and what's wrong with the foundation. i admit that when i saw the first time the structure on the street i couldn't tell exactly what was wrong about it. make a short breefing about what's there. thanx and have a nice weekend
