They're just moving in to resume the project. Latest specs on the project site says 137 meters instead of 131.

The only real tower nearby is Nusco tower (the one in black nearby) which is about 90 m tall.

However, there is enough room for other big projects in the area and actually there are dozens of other office buildings built in the past 10 years there, but they are low rises (5-7 storeys). For example, all the buildings behind the Floreasca Sky Tower are office buildings currently operational:

We are waiting for the IKEA high-rise development to move on this spring in order to post it here. We are waiting for a very good quality project.

The office building market is picking steam together with the economy this year, and there are a lot of leases signed. Nusco for example has recently signed with Volksbank for the whole building.
