Have to say this is probably the worst use of a CBD prime real estate site I have ever seen, Noble have taken their B grade model and stuck it on the last remaining prime freehold site in the CBD without any thought or intelligence it is a mess, take a look at the recreation area stuck behind a 50 storey tower and a 14 storey after thought, they are going to dig a four level carpark instead of building a four storey above ground podium, thought Raimon Land had lost the plot now there are two of them !

About 40-45% of the units were sold this afternoon.

anyone knows when the project is supposed to be finished?? i know that the entire thing is to be completed in 2016??? but what about the condo? basically, i am asking if i purchase a unit when will i be moving in...

The project shares a common car park and as far as I can see they will have to build,completeand resgister all four buildings at the same time, if they use Bouygues as contractor which is on the cards then sometime in 2016 to occupy is feasible, not a lot of fitout and expectations will not be that high so really only structure and M&E (that could delay if they use the wrong one! )

A look at the track record shows that Noble Remix was handed over
1 year and 4 months late, causing Noble to pay damage to unit
holders for late completion. That was a simple condo.

That is classic Choodii you questioning completion take your pink specs off and look again at The River, which is not a "a simple condo" 60,000m2 meters larger than Noble and only 50% finished, but it is going to be ready to handover in 9 months OMG !

noble share price down 10.7% today so market perception that project pre-sold only 50% is a big negative. given the sheer number of units, getting 700 units booked is i think not too bad, but certainly well short of a sell out expectation.

was there yesterday and the buying power for larger 2 bedroom units (~280 units) is impressive, leaving most of the unbooked units the one bedrooms. noble may have underestimated this.

would be interesting if there can be combined unit plans ... like A14+A13 in Tower C or A5+A6 in Tower B (shared wall is living room side) as a choice for either the buyer to modify directly, or noble to offer as an option.

What Noble's CEO did declaring their First Day Sell out was a good Marketing trick that helped people feel confidence in the project and apparently he did succeed- selling about 50% mostly the larger nits or atleast 7 Billion Baht in a day is very very impressive in a global scale, but it disappointed the shareholders and investors that were "HIGH" on his expectations.

Tough i wouldnt worry, if they sold so well in one day, the share price will go up, still 4-5 years for the projects completion...

Thats just markets immediate reaction to headlines.
