I keep forgetting about this one. I know it's been under construction, but for some reason it always slips to the back of my mind. Anyway, thanks for opening a thread on it, Retro, and great photos of the site--nice perspective.

whoa this is indeed a change of pace for Chi-Town.....seems like one of those old school 1920's buildings where u would see gangster get shot up by a butt load of tommy rounds...lol....however this nice...kinda thin but tall, and anything against the grain is alright with me.

if this is done with the right finishes (which I feel it will be) It will be just stunning, FINALLY a throw-back to the classic architecture we all truly love. The world needs more projects like this.
