I'm assuming (hopefully) that the Bowne building won't be used for parking.

Does anybody know for sure?

The first floor is surely retail space. I thought the above floors were going to be residential after they failed to get any takers for office space. So perhaps the parking for the Bowne building will be in Silver Tower's garage...

The core is just visible to the lower right of the crane and 300 N. LaSalle is under construction to the left.

first they had balcony w/o sun (northside) and now their view is blocked by a parking lot.

nonetheless i like this project; brings more height to this area

I thought it was supposed to be a green roof, but maybe not. We'll see.

Questions re Silver Tower?

Weather permitting, we're going to be shooting video and photos from Silver Tower tomorrow.

Anyone have any questions they'd like asked or suggestions for shooting?

What parts will be painted, what parts will be clad, and any exposed concrete?

Thanks, looking forward to the video.

I don't see any exposed concrete, at least not from 3 blocks away. Most of the concrete has already been painted white. Not sure about any cladding, but it looks like they're almost done. You can see a couple corners on the very top that are not yet painted.
