No guys. This should be a photo of the new Library construction site which is near the Mosque. The Cultural Centre building is on the plot near to the Catholic Church.

I thought there no longer any plans to build a Library.

mmmm honestly I do not know if there will still be a library or not but for sure this project has nothing to do with the Nigeria Cultural Complex (Cultural Centre + Millennium Tower).

No, the library is NOT part of the cultural centre. It is a 10-floor project across the highway.

???? I thought the building closest to the mosque was the municipal building/ City Hall as said by the architect. Then in the middle you'll have the national square(like eagle square) and the tower. and closest to the church, you'll have the cultural centre. and they are all part of the same project ????
