I think the green building will be built because the hole project is called Nigeria Cultural Centre, Millennium Tower and Municipal Building. So i'm guessing the green building is the municipal building. But i'm not sure about the colors of the building. Maybe the buildings could change color, that would be nice.

It surprises me that such a great project doesn`t have a website.

Any news or recent photos of this development? It´s a shame that still no website exists for this collosal building of national significance. Paints a picture of murky transparency: which is Obasanjo´s legacy!

The third structure on the far right looks like it's on the other side of the street. I think it's the PPPRA building, which is U/C in the same area. You can see those other two structures towering are in the area where the foundation and other construction are.

I'm not sure, but that may be the National Library building under construction.

The construction is a bit slow than expected.

Just got back from Nigeria, and got some pics from Abuja, Calabar, and Lagos.

Here's the Millenium Observation tower under construction, showing the elevator/stairs shaft. Could someone tell me how to quickly post my flickr pics here?

Hi Zexy...hope you enjoyed your stay?

I don't think there are other quick ways to post your pics apart from the way the others are posted.
