Definitely, they have to implode that eyesore in front of Miami International Airport. Behind the Burger King office building in Blue Lagoon Drive.
It's disturbing

Stephen P Clark Center is symbolic of the metro government. Monolithic, inefficient, ugly, dark, archaic, closed, etc.

You and me both. To me, it's not that it's something astoundingly bad but it looks like it belongs in Aventura or Boca more than one of the most desirable parcels of real estate in downtown Miami.
There's a building with a blank wall across from the courthouse that I always thought was hideous---can't recall the name of it. |

FUGLY as hell. Always has been. The side facing west was just a blank concrete slab for years---maybe still is. I think it was built around 1975 or so? |

I'm crossing my fingers they keep Ross as an anchor retail tenant in the new building.

Sorry Spell your going to need to be more specific... there's to many Godawful fugly buildings immediately to the South and East of the courthouse.
![]() It seems the building has camouflaged itself within several blocks of bad 70's architecture. --- EDIT (after looking at google maps) --- Ahh THAT one. Yeah that's pretty wrecking ball ready. |

Oh! Forgot about that one.
Some buildings are worth preserving and some aren't. I'll leave it at that.
