not impressive at all. I am skinny for my height. I used to play ball at high school and I used to play forward/center position and I used to get taken advantage of because of my weight all the time. After every game I used to be banged up.

Damn with that height, ball shouldn't have been perfect for you. I am short AND skinny so its like a double negative. Whenever i play ball i am forced to play point guard.

Wow Tmac. That is good height.

Why is Alladin hiding his age? I think he is from 212 area code (NYC). How come he can get away without declaring his age?

aint taking the risk of hiding my age...

well... I am Tareq and I am not Tarik. I am 26 but closer to 27 right now, I 've been thinking I am still a kid, but right now, feeling like a quite old man after coming across the 18s around here. I was born in Dhaka at its older part (So am I more Dhakaiya than our Dhakaiya? )...studied in various schools then Notre Dame College then BUET. I am with movies, music, cricket, news, documentaries mostly...and pretend to be a good electronic engineer in my spare times! Ya I am a movie-addicted person.
I am proud to be a Bangladeshi and hope to see my country a successful one before I die...and I always thank the creator for my life as I am loving every bit of it.

I'm siding with the teenagers So watch out their older people, and oh well tareq79 seems more Dhakaiya than me but it is really how much you love Dhaka with your heart and soul that makes you Dhakaiya

Good to see everyone "tries" to be like me Anyways, my exams are coming up and I think I'm gonna do miserable in Chemistry and Accounting, just hope my Economics and English marks are gonna compensate for that.

Chemistry and Accounting....those were probably my two fav subjects back in high school. I don't know if you have organic chemistry but when I started studying for the GCSE/O'level, I started with organic even though it was in the later part of the course...and it helped me grasp things better....even the electro-chemistry part...which I totally hated..

As for accounting....try to visualize the events in your mind. I don't remember it getting too complicated back then so try to remember some simple rules. Try to remember what transactions go on which side of the T for the important accounts. It always helped me to actually understand what's going on as opposed to just remember or memorizing stuff (I have terrible short-term memory...lol).

Good luck with the exams

Goodluck Dhakaiya in your exams. Right after I came out of Curzon Hall, I started to teach O' Level Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. A' Level science subjects was introduced in Bangladesh by myself and a few friends of mine. I don't know if Dhanmondi Tutorial (Maple Leaf) and Bangladesh International Tutorial (BIT) are still there. Even after joinining a different job, I continued to teach.

In New York, I taught Physics, Mathematics, and occassionally Chemistry in Baruch College, New York as a part time teacher.

I love teaching... and I have this strange feeling thet my students liked me.

Good luck Dhakaiya! I too was always pretty decent at English and Economics, but never that great at Chemistry. Ironic, 'cause my parents are chemistry profs. I guess those chemistry genes weren't passed down to me Don't think I ever took accounting.
