I love teaching... and I have this strange feeling thet my students liked me.

Don't hate it; just that I was never as good in Chemistry as I was in Physics and Biology.

I was thinking to join with you guys for couple of weeks, but I am lazy . However when I saw that we got our own sub forum, that helps me to get ride of my ugly laziness, so now I am writing my first post in this forum. Nice to see lots of shiny and smiling face here. Ok now let me introduce myself, I am joy, born and bought up in Chittagong, my lovely city. I am not a young guy nor is an old guy, actually this definition differ from person to person. From my point of view, I think as long as you are single you are man and after marriage life is bye bye, hahahahaha (just a jokes). However
I believe we gonna ROCK our sub forum with our collective effort and great enthusiasm.

Welcome Banglapride! One of the reasons we wanted a subforum was to attract and retain more Bangladeshi forumers, and certainly this seems to have been the case. Will look forward to your contributions. Do you live in Chittagong now? If so, you must be our local bureau chief and give us lots of photos!

PS It's OK if no photos (don't want to scare you away )!

Sorry dude, I am far from Chittagong. I live in Canada. When I was in back home, I used to use dial up connection and those line was even slow for email checking, most of us didn’t have the luxury to visit these kind of websites. Currently some people enjoying high speed internet in Dhaka, however there is no decent hi speed internet provider in Chittagong. Some provider offers hi speed internet in Chittagong, unfortunately speed is really sucks, and even there is a limitation for download and upload. If the situation improves, I believe we would see lots of friends from Dhaka (we already have few friends from Dhaka), Chittagong and other parts of Bangladesh. I am not sure whether you guys noticed this or not, if you go to different chat room you will see lots of people from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet or even from Rajshahi and Khulna. These guys obviously gonna visit different forums like this if they have decent internet speed.

cool. I have been to Fredericton/St Johns. I have also been to Halifax(I loved that city) and PEI. Have you been to Magnetic Hill? There is nothing and I mean absolutely nothing to do in Fredericton.

Welcome BanglaPride, glad to have another Bangladeshi with us here.Btw..internet speed in Dhaka has improved alot recently, and I dont think anyone would have any problem visiting these sites or forums if he is ready to spend a small amount on his internet service every month.

Based on our current census you are definitely an oldie ... but at least you will help Tmac not feel so bad about being 29!

Do you ever go visit Manikganj these days? I would love some good pics of Baliati Palace which is near there. What line of work are you in BTW?

Well, he asked if he is on the old team or young team. Since he is our second most senior citizen so far ... I guess he has no choice but to join the old team (which would also include me).
