Let's hope that the site starts buzzing soon.
Really, I thought there will be heavy winds, which is dangerous at heights.
So the winds are not the problem? if it was just the water then yeah, as soon as it rises, they don't have to stop.

Well Since Dubai is not in Asia, then India Tower will be the tallest in Asia.

The tallest in construction are the Shanghai Tower and the Pingan Int. Tower and they are both below 700m in height...And therefore India Tower will be second tallest after Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Unless some country in Asia is planning for a taller tower, India Tower will be the tallest in Asia, IF COMPLETED.

Never thought Middle East was a region in Asia...WHHHYYY??!?!?!?!?!!
Nevertheless....It will be the second tallest, both in the world and in Asia, if the present plan continues, and if Dubai doesn't build its mile high skyscrapers....

I thought Middle East was part of the African continent (I already knew Middle East is not a continent)

If you look at the map, it is right in between Africa and the Asian mainland....Now who doesn't make mistakes. I knew Middle East was region but was confused which continent it is part of..

I always seem to find myself in offtopic conversations.
Anyway some of Saharan Africa is considered middle east, like libya, Somalia, and morocco so you weren't 100 percent wrong.

Monsoons go upto October - but it has peaked and begins retreating from end of August!!!

Mumbai gets hammered by Monsoon - trust me -for those who haven't witnessed it - it can be miserable and humbling!!! Its a miracle they can get anything going during that time !! Sheer Mumbaikar resilience I guess - nothing stops that Juggernaut!!

Update by Coolguyz. As you can see Coolguyz reports some kind of activity, although comparing this pic to the previous update I can't see any differences. Good thing is there still seems to be workers on the site.

The monsoons are typically not accompanied by very strong winds. There are sometimes storms during the monsoon seasons, but they are definitely not comparable to sever storms winds, such as those generated by hurricanes or typhoons. Moreover, the local equivalent - cyclones - are more frequent in the Bay of Bengal than in the Arabian Sea.
