there are going to be 13 new supertalls in 2013 when all of them are completed (i counted propesed skyscrapers too)

Yeah but you're also forgetting suprtalls from projects like the Hudson Center and other projects like Sherwood's new office tower. Besides, at least one or two won't go up.

Progress at the WTC is going unexpectedly fast; there's so much happening. The number of workers at the site now is around 700 and that number will triple by summer, and by 2009, that tripled number will triple itself yet again, and at the apex of construction, there will be in the area of 10,000 workers.

I don't fully understand the objective of this new rendering because it doesn't have a WTC Tower 5 and is clearly missing the Beekman Tower and 99 Church Street - two towers around and over 900 feet tall - not to mention about ten other new skyscrapers all around lower Manhattan with over 50 floors tall that will be completed by then.

But, ok, go go GS Tower:

Big news:

Windows on the World will return to the top of the rebuilt WTC, says the NY Post. But we'll have to wait about five years, yet at least things are getting back to like before.

Five years after the tower's completion or five years from now? Either way AWESOME. I'll shell out $$$ to experience that place at night. And probably shed a few tears.

So I assume that Windows on the World will get floor 100 and floor 101, or maybe just one floor with something else on the other.
