The entire new WTC complex is basically complete in terms of the design aspect of it, but it is not FINAL. A few changes in the WTC site will be done and made public in another few months.

I guess the phrase "Only in America" sounds correct.

The Freedom Tower will need to be built out of concrete as well, because its going to be a huge terroist target once its built.

East Bathtub Ahead of Schedule

Port Authority crews are making steady progress building the World Trade Center site's east bathtub. Finishing two weeks ahead of schedule, crews have now completed installation of the new slurry wall at the southeast section of the bathtub (along Liberty and Church Streets up to Cortlandt Street). Workers are now mobilizing at the northeast corner of the bathtub, where 30 steel-and-concrete slurry wall panels will be installed over the next several months.

Construction of the east bathtub is part of the foundation preparation needed for WTC Towers 2, 3, and 4 to be built.

Unless you work for an architectural firm, I doubt you can say, "we design the majority of them in other countries"

Do you say the Pledge of Allegiance 3 times a day, Jack Napier?

why does it matter if he does say the pledge of allegiance 3 times a day. This forum isnt about what we do in our personal lives. I am a reserve in the U.S. Marine Corps, does that change your opinion of me. This forum is about the WTC reconstruction, which is a pretty sore spot for most U.S. Forumers, so dont be a damn troll

OORAHH!Devil Dog!You beat this old Marine to the punch.I've seen these forums get political before. In fact I got suspended for opposing the prevailing viewpoint once. That's not what this page is about. It's about construction.I try not to get suckered into political discussions here. But some people just love to troll and need a kick in the butt.In closing I love my country, served my country and I'm not the least bit ashamed in any way, shape or form to be an American. We don't owe the world a living or an apology for existing.

I hate to be such a critic but the Freedom Tower is too much taller than the other WTC buildings in this drawing.
