the progress was quite slow due to the raining season (which by the way, it was really long and hard this year)..
however from now on, the progress will seem faster than the last 5 months..

yes, it seems that way because it was raining season and also because most of the concrete poored in the stadium is already underground..

El Estadio Chivas, al 55%



The supply of steel tubing for the structure of the roof already reached 100% and already started the assembly of the modules of steel that will give way, at the workshop located at the side of the work. A crane 1000 tons will be used for placement.

Work continues on the engineering of the membrane covering the structure of the roof and 48,000 m2 that make up the Ferrari brand is already in Guadalajara.

With regard to the level of services, 90% are the work of masonry, hydro-sanitary facilities, electrical, installation of air conditioning ducts and fire.

At the level of parking, injection equipment and air extraction can now be placed in various areas. In addition, the rooms are shaped electrical and continue with the placement of electrical installations and fire.

As for the Main Atrium, in masonry are defined bathing areas, and Chivas Official Store Shop Reebok.

Also in the level of boxes 1, is being made of concrete pavements, placement of sanitary facilities hydro-electric and frames for the doors of the boxes.

The grass surrounding the stadium on the outside, it will be natural, is already being sown and careful when it comes to mounting.

So it will have 2 suit levels.
The lowest on is just the exit of the 1st tier.

In my opinion the stadium is a joke. A beautiful design with the surround of grass and then they spec an artificial pitch inside the stadium. Just another stadium conned by fifa and other salesmen who would sell there own grandmother given half a chance. Hide your head in shame all those responsible for this stadium and do the right thing now

Artificial surface??? God no! Believe me. Up here in Toronto it was a thought of as a good idea. Players and staff have spent the last two years complaining about it to no end. Hopefully they stick with grass.
