cranes for the window cleaners, I think.

awesome building.

A thought- depending on how you think about this building, it could either be two buildings joined at the top, or one building with a very big hole through it.

very interesting design. it has a round top. I wonder if they can fit a hotel at the top.

They are laser cannons, as you suspected. Isn't this building a lil out of place?

I think thats a tribute to its architecture. They have left that question to the imagination.
As a civil engineering student, seeing a project like this being undertaken makes me excited about the challenges facing structural engineers in the future. On that note, does anyone have information about who was involved in this project? Or who the owners are? They should be commended for spending the extra cash on allowing this to be a reality. thx

the boss who build this huge building named "yang xiu"

actually this twin tower building r a bit different, north one is 72f, and south is 68f, cuz the south one mainly for office and hotel use, and north one for residence use..

the best part of this building is that a underground metro line (suzhou No.1 metro line) pass the middle of those two buildings, and connect with the building underground

two days before, it finsihed digging already, it start to pour cement....

2010, this building will be the most famous building all over the world..
