This design is like an exact copy of the Torre Mayor in Mexico, nice design nevertheless.

some of the beams are welded to the mounting plates - the embed plates were just below the surface of the concrete.
(Oct 8 appears the it will be held on by gravity and a clip)




Nov 1st - welded in place.




New LED lights - gives it an unexpected lighting

there should be some metal part protruding away from the concrete.

@harryc do you know by any chance if this steel that forms the river wall will be dressed in something like stone or just left as it is now? Looks solid, but pretty ugly.

AFAIK it will be used for staging equipment and materials for the tower part of the project (very tight site).
