1. your overreaction was without foundations because of 2. and 3.

3. i NEVER insult people at internet. at least, i don't start it. if you think different, quote it (i admit the thing with keeping mouth shut, but it was an answer on really stupid thing)

No X-type it was an insulting, ofcourse i think that adding concrete is more expensive than just doing nothing. Adding concrete over the whole lengh seems to me way more expensive than just letting it how it is.

Hmm those last 2 pics can be like a decade old...

Tons of Turkish people drive every year through Bulgaria from Western Europe. Can't imagine no-one makes pics there...

Me too, i am very curious about the Marica motorway, i want pics of all sections old and new of the motorway and of the landscape with the hills in the distance aswell. The Trakya motorway isn´t that interesting to me as i travelled there and it has a simple boring motorway layout but the marica i don´t know. I am curious if the motorway has long bridges because the marica river is quite big, it is as big as the Sava River in Belgrade, that´s because it cames from the beautiful Rila mountain.

this sign informs about the gasstation on the Struma motorway, I liek that they used a blue and not a reen sign like it is standart for motorways.

That sign is a bit small? Don't you guys name gas stations?

And is there no left marking? The crashbarrier is very close to the motorway too. You have that here too, i hate that. The pavement is very gooood.

The left marking wasn´t added everywhere because they hadn´t enough time to finish all the work, i think it was added on May, but the pics i am showing you are older than May. The crashbarriers are indeet very close to the asphalt. Good that you think the asphalt is very good, jsut that it doesn´t look smooth when it rains but it is a very smooth ride there.

I see what looks to be some break-up of the concrete/pavement on the curb to the left. If that's the case then they've waited a very long time indeed to stripe the left side of the motorway. They obviously had sriped the right edge and the middle some time ago; the middle dashed-stripes look to have been done a couple of months ago, at least.

I am truely lucky to be one of the few to witness this, what is undoubtedly, and undesputedly, the most wonderful and technologically advanced stretch of road ever constructed in history. I have never seen such beautiful, shiny barriers and such smooth dark asphalt. Even the markings glow with pride. Enginering in poetry. Thank you

I am wondering where the buses will stop to collect people from the small villages which are travelling Kualta Sofia, when the second section fo the motorway will be constructed i am sure people will wait on the emergency lame for the bus to stop them and the bus will stop there if they don´t plan to make a busstop on the motorway, pretty funny.

It seems it will just be two lames, it would be a shame, it will be finished in some years and they would be very stupid if it would not be motorway standart, i would be very angry, some minister talked that the Vidin should also be connected with the Struma motorway but i don´t know what will happen.

Elsewhere local buses run on local roads not on motorways.
