I realized that Lyulin highway route will be through the north of Sofia, at the intersection with Highway 2 to Hemus Pernik, to intersect with the Struma motorway .

Can anyone tell me if it confirms the read?

Lyulin motorway is between the Sofia bypass (S-E of the city, between the roads to Pernik(E-79) and the road to Serbia (E-80)) and Daskalovo junction(near Pernik) where it connects with Struma. It's not a bypass of Sofia, as some romanian members regularly misunderstand it.

Most of it is correct except that the sofia ring road is not part of any highway. In that sense the napi and wikipedia maps you linked are incorrect. You can see a more detailed map of the Lyulin highway here:

Well, this map is the most precise map about where the A5 Lyulin Motorway starts and where it ends. The other maps are a bit confusing and misleading due to lack of space for detail information.

For the most curious, Sofia is planned to have a Ring Motorway(3x3) as, for example, M0 around Budapest. It is "divided" into 4 virtual parts-South Ring Road, West Ring Road, East Ring Road, North Ring Road.
The territories around the North Ring Road as you can see on google earth are yet to be urbanised, while the territories around the South Ring Road are urbanised and it is going to be an urban motorway(80kmh). Currently, only several stretches were build as planned.
East Ring Road is ready except for only one bridge.
West Ring Road is now all the way 1x1.
Lyulin Motorway A5 joins the Sofia Ring Road in its West part.
And if you are still not confused, we are planing to build an extremely important Northern tangent in the northernmost part of the city that will be part of the Trakia Motoway until it's urbanised by the city and we expand the North Ring Road. It will provide a motorway route from the Motorway SRB border-Sofia(lot 0 of Trakia Motorway A1) to A1 Trakia Motorway Sofia-Plovdiv via the East Ring Road and to A2 Hemus Motorway.

Hope you got something

What I cannot get is why we are going to give away 500m euro for this northen tangent which is parallel to the northen ring road just 15 km away!?So we are going to have two motorways parallel to each other.

When northern Sofia is urbanized, you'll be VERY happy this northern tangent was constructed.

Floating Shift has done once again an excellent photo report on construction works on Lyulin Motorway (Sofia-Pernik/Struma Motorway):

It's because your coal is made out of a whole trunk of tree and has been resized. Coal could be found broken due to earth movements. The layer in which this piece of coal was, had been sustaining pressure and the trees in it disintegrated into small pieces.

I know, but coal in Poland (from Upper Silesia) is matt and this is very shiny. Sometimes Silesian coal has gold/yellow dots. I never saw any other coal, because I am a patriot

Edit:
The coal in the picture reminds me basalt.
