Motorways in western europe with different layers on each lame

I really don´t get how it is possible that on a 3 lame motorway they repair some lames and some don´t. How is it possible that the first pavment gets damaged quicker on one lame than on the other one? For example on the national road E-79 in Bulgaria, the 6 years old asphalt stays always the same and also same color, there are motorway like sections on this national road and the asphalt says the same on both lames altough there´s heavy tracktraffic there. I think that the black Italian asphalt used on the E-79 is very good, you know, Italians rehabilitated the road E-79.

3 laned motorways are usually very busy (hence the three lanes), so i guess they want to do the pavement job done asap, to avoid long traffic jams.

That the right lanes gets damaged quicker has to to with the higher load per axe on trucks. By cars, it's usually like 500 - 750 kg per axe, but with trucks it's more like 5 - 8 tonnes per axe.

It's lane, not lame.

One heavy truck does so much damage to the road as 20-40.000 normal cars. Now calculate.

the heavy tracktraffic explains why they made the Bulgarian nationalroad E-79 with such agood thick asphalt which altough 7 years old looks like just added and looks like it still didn´t dry after adding it because it looks very new and untouched altough 7 years old, the asphalt of the Struma motorway and some other part of E-79 is even better and feels unbelieavable smooth, From Dupnica to the new section of the motorway the road is still twolamed but you feel that they added motorway asphalt on it and you can drive ther with 200+ and not feel anything, you can´t imagine how good the most parts of E-79 feel.

bulgaria got no money for motorways yet, are they imbecile?

I don´t know what the **** is going on at EU, they didn´t give Bulgaria any money to build motorways, all they built, they built it with Bulgarian mone, the good shiny motorways, EU didn´t support bulgaria once when ti comes to motorway construction, what´s this ******* shit, I dont´get it, but at the end of the year we have to give 675 mil € to EU to finance stupid projects like the ******* A8 in Germany and so on, but we don´t get anything for exchange, EU si shit.

I don't know about Bulgaria, but Romania actually IS contributing more than it's receiving!!!!!!

The reason is that our "beloved" leaders only created projects and investment plans for about 10% of the money the EU set aside for RO's development; The EU won't send any money if they don't know precisely how our leaders are going to spend them!

In a way, I am happy, this way maybe EU gets to fund important things in the western countries, and the money don't risk getting stuffed in the pockets of fat Romanian MP's. Though I don't think they're 100% clean and honest in Brussels either...

Is there enough people in Bulgaria to justify the construction of such projects?

your governments have been forsing entering to EU and you were not ready enough for that. entering EU makes sense when country is totaly ready for it. otherwise it is not good for a country.

EU knows of motorway plans of our government on the transeuropean routes and it´s EU´s task to build and improve infrastructure with the money from the ******* old EU members, And it´s not Eu´s task to prey out Bulgaria, the government has two bil aviable and has to pay 675 min € for euopre this year, but the whoresons should first give us money.

Why?

EU doesn't just give money. It gives money, if it is justified. Apparently in Bulgaria's case, this is not.

And if something is partly financed by EU funds it is visible 20 km away because of gigantic signs which tell that it´s partly financed by EU, EVEN IN DIFFERENT LANGUACES, this makes foreigners think Bulgaria has no money and everything is financed by EU, what a bullshit, they should not do this. GIVE IMEDIATELLY MONEY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORWAYS YOU EU WHROESONS!!!
