Well i really don't like the fact the they don't use a New Jersey barrier to separate the two traffic streams, otherwise the new section is fine, and shiny i guess , as for "near podliv" part, thats in a need of repavement definitely.

the new section of trakya motorway near Stara Zagora does look good but not as good as the Struma motorway, especially when it was new because the part between the middle barriers is asphalted, on the Struma it is with gravel and a bit enbarged to the pavement, I mean a bit higher which looks way better.

I actually wanted to post earlier that I thought the asphalt in the centre was much better than the Struma's gravel

why you think so?

And Jokiym, is the new stretch of Trakya motorway smooth, it seems it´s the same asphalt than on the Struma motorway

As you can see in the above picture, instead of the metal barriers in the middle there is a concrete barrier, which is known as "New jersey barrier".

it looks cooler but the double metal crashbarrier is common in Europe as well
