Hey Inno, thanks for posting a close up pic of the top, from it I was able to calculate that the tower currently has 44 floors and is 204 meters or 669 feet tall

Classic Concert hall. Stage located in the middle of the hall which means stage will be surround by audiences.

That inside picture is incredible, I'd like to know how they are going to change light bulbs when they have to in that space.

Thanks, Inno, for the pics. It looks as if one of the cranes on the tower has had its cab removed?? (The one on the right in most of the pics of the top).

The lights on the trusses can be lowered to the ground to be changed. Other lights are usually changed from catwalks above the ceiling.

Wow so Lotte World Tower will soon become the tallest building in Seoul? Another 76 meters and the IFC Seoul is finally overcome by the Lotte World Tower I can't wait for this moment *-*

I liked that night shot. I might come to Seoul this December if things go as planned.
It's been a year since I've been there. The tower wasn't even above 100 meters. Now things are changing, and the tower will might be well over 250 meters by the end of this year. Hopefully.

The 'hole' halfway up the currently cladded part is venting for mechanical equipment.
All buildings have them, some are well hidden, and others make them features. In this building, they seem fairly discreet (not too obvious).
In the Shanghai Tower, they separate the sections, and in the Burj Khalifa, they are the horizontal stripes/tubes every few setbacks.

With all this tall buildings in Seoul, you never feel there is a proper skyscrapers cluster bar the small one Yeouido. It's kind of weird. In Gangnam, one has to feel is walking in a jungle of high rises. But unfortunatelty when you look from the sky there is nothing from that feel.

Take for instant Paris. Seoul has way many more skyscrapers but for some odd reason, Paris has a stronger cluster than Seoul. La défense if we want to compare.

I don't have a proper explanation. For me it's just something odd.

The tower currently has only 44 floors, which makes it 204 meters tall

I think you have to take into account that Seoul lies on a Mountainous terrain and not flat like Paris nor Tokyo, that's why sometimes the buildings or skyscrapers don't seem tall when seen from above
