Sorry Inno, that we kicked you guys out of the world cup Belgium-SK was a good game though.... Otherwise, you really don't want to live here. about half of your paycheck goes to the government. + Belgians don't like to build nice skyscrapers like LWT. They would rather live on their own property in a bungalow, near a highway (resulting almost no farmland or green space left) instead of a luxurious, silent apartment on the 72th. So south Korea is way better to live I guess.

No, it isn't. Gangnam and Jamsil ( where the tower is being bulit ) are differently located.

I think Belgium is a better place to live. Why?!? For one, the beer is among the best on Earth; South Koreans themselves admit that their beer sucks. Also, Belgium is an EU country, so, if you're bored of the country, you can leave it and go to other EU countries with no problem. South Korea on the other hand, is literally like an island. Its only border is completely protected (the DMZ), so you're stuck there unless you have the money to travel. I'll give South Korea respect for being a technologically advanced country though. If you want to live in a futuristic country, then South Korea is a good bet

Equario was talking about the Tower Palace apartments, they are in Gangnam-gu. Lotte World Tower is of course in Songpa-gu, Jamsil.

Same here in Austria and most other European countries...but (at least here in Austria) Universities, Hospitals and Doctors are for free and we get a lot of unemployment money and government support.

In Korea tax is low but Universitiy fees are crazy high, and there is very little financial support for raising children or being unemployed. Korea is not a welfare state like many European countries.

I think its really hard to compere where life is better, really depends on your personal preferences

And

Korea just like singapore, low tax and everyone had to strive for themselves as there will be less benefits for them from government.

anyway, lwt temporay open date almost fixed.
this september, maybe before the chuseok(one of the biggest traditional holiday in korea and china, same as thanks giving day), lwt and seoul discussed about that.
lwt will finish almost traffic jam soltuions constructing- just two remain, one is tunnel of olympic highway near by jamsil area but news said lwt will pay more money for that.
the other is underground transfer center?? is not started..

Today reporters were let into LWT. More pics should come soon

The white-grey apartments in the last pic will soon be demolished and replaced by up to 50 floor high modern highrise apartments! (they are some of the oldest buildings in Jamsil area)
