Question about the bus terminal! Is it just a bunch of bus stops or do they plan to turn this place in a major platform for bus services (à la Express Bus Terminal in Seocho-gu)
The core is still at 98, since over a week. It didn't go up recently.
The previous pictures that you mentioned (i guess the ones from inno) are from February 2nd, 3 weeks old.

The bus terminal will be a bit smaller than the major bus terminals, but still there will be 19 bus routes.

I'd say this ad is marketing for the tower just as much as it is for mountain dew. Lotte owns the distribution licence for the beverage in Korea I believe Smart PR.

Lotte is one of the biggest Korean companies. They started by producing chewing-gum. Now they make buildings, department stores, oil... But I think their most popular product is still chewing-gum

And the name Lotte means "Charlotte", a character in a famous novel written by German author Goethe !

LWT's architect firm confirms once again that LWT is one of the safest skyscrapers in the world:

Quote:
The head of structural engineering firm Leslie E. Robertson Associates told reporters in Seoul the structural design of the second Lotte World, including Lotte World Tower, boasts the highest level of safety in the world.

James Sze Wang Cho of the U.K.'s ARUP Group, which also took part in the project, said all ultra high-rise buildings cause the foundations to sink.
But he added the foundations of the new Lotte World are expected to sink 39 mm, less than half those of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

thanks
Thanks for so many pics of Lotte and Seoul so frequently, Inno

I'm not sure the dust is an air pollution, because Gobi Desert and central China are source of natural loess dust, which formed huge and very fertile layers of soils in east China and one the characteristics of the dust is long distance air mobility, by winds of course
Some smog particles could be mixed with the dust "by the occasion", but I think that it's not so dangerous like "pure" smog
Of course we can ensure about this in www

Greetings from Poland

It looks like the core will change its shape from floor 98. You can see it especially at the right edge of the core (green circle).
They are currently re-arranging the yellow formwork, as you can see on the first pic.
