By ground level you mean the ground down there inside the excavation, don't you?

Well, by underground levels I mean the levels in the excavation below street level. By ground I mean street level

How deep is the foundation? I hope the earthquake has been taken into consideration before going about the foundation? The whole foundation is literally metal and very well organized!

It's six stories deep, according to the CTBUH. As for earthquake protection, I'm sure it's been engineered-in, but the Korean Peninsula is actually very seismically stable.

I can't wait to see this tower go up!

From ground level to bottom of the B6 basement level is 31.6 meters. The B6 is where all the boilers and chillers are.

Kind of off topic, but I was just thinking, when this is complete it'll be a rather different experience riding the 'Gyro Drop' at Lotte World. haha You won't feel so high up anymore.

It's quite a phallic looking building. I can't say I like it's design.

If closer inspection of your private parts leaves you with an expression of this buiding looking phallic, you really should see a doctor.

Good job guys! On the phallic thing, I think the poster couldn't resist the aesthetic look of the rendering.

What skyscraper isn't, in some way, phallic looking? Then again, most men look at anything relatively straight and linear and make the association. Take this guy:

Bunch of horny b******* we are!
