Right
Every tower have to construct "Heliport" by seoul's building ordinace.
But about 1years ago those ordiance deleted.

Because "heliport" is useless more over ugly and strict building design and limited architecture.

So no need heliport when building design.
Therefore spire no problem. it's up to designer and owner

That's interesting. LA has had the same problem and is now moving to reverse that ordinance. I wonder how common such an ordinance was...was it for health/fire purposes?

That means it will be topped out roughly in 1 year time or maybe a little more?
It will be interesting to see it rising as fast.

10 years ago this tower would have been the worlds tallest by far....and now it will be at least the 4th tallest when completed

^ Knowing others have bigger towers in the pipeline too, not forgetting Mumbai and the Indonesian proposals too! I think next year however, we will see a slight slowdown due to the health of the world economy.

Yes.I saw Lotte World Tower's Progress Schedule somewhere(I don't know now....)

Next Year December-70 floor Completed(including Exterior Wall Cladding)
2013 December- Top Out(Completed Floor Construction).

Although I think this,it is very fast Construction speed in accordance with ACS(Automatic Concrete System).
And Lotte Group is emboding Automatic Construction System due to State of art IT and Futural Construction Facility.
this work is FIRST and GREATEST Construction History in South Korean Supertall Field.

Compared to Shanghai Tower and any other Ongoing Projects,Conclusion is that Lotte World tower will be rising up very fast Construction speed since 2012.

You've gotta be pretty demented to ask anyone to prove you stuff like the fact, that tomorrow the sun will rise. Obvious shit is obvious, no need to prove it. Anyone with basic knowledge of construction, even based on the construction of other skyscrapers, knows the limit of construction speed.

Heliport purpose for fire accident but there is no record for used heliport in seoul since seoul's history.

But USA Cities maybe useful because aerocraft are common in america.

Yeah based on history of construction one may draw conclusion that this is highly unlikely, but keep in mind that this is korean construction industry we talk about. They build most challenging projects around the globe and for the projects of this magnitude this is very likely that they individually develop new construction technologies like faster ACS system, new quick curing concrete mixtures, new pumping techniques and more. Besides this fast construction speed includes only concrete structure construction, to that you still have to add time to construct the crown so the tower most likely won't be toped over in one year.

Don't act like you know everything but actually you know nothing.
Empire state builing was finished in 1 year time ----- 102 Floors (381 M). How they did that?
Once the foundation is done, and which is the most demanding thing when building a structure, the rest is not as challenging and thus the speed of construction takes another pace. Lotte world tower would likely be topped out earlier than expected. Certainly before 2014.
