yeah saw it in the weather news, seoul is extremely cold these days. hope it doesn't slow down the construction much.

The whole complex is a lot larger than I thought it would be. What will the base of the tower and the building next to it house? Is it one large shopping area?

By the way I like china tower too.

Sometimes is not who but where it is being built. Local contractors and weather conditions (concrete curing for example) will have a big impact on progress.
