caissons are done as for a few days ago. they brought some new machine in today. not sure what it is, I'll try to remember to grab a pic one of these days. (I work next door)

Interesting find SG. I thought the parking podium was going to wrap around to the Wells St side with an entry under the L. Looks like there is still room for a slender tower there in that render

A lot of activity on the site this afternoon. Erection of the crane is complete. The core (if I'm not mistaken) is now rising. If anyone has his/her camera, please take some shots.

I dont have pics cuz I suck but will confirm that this is moving along nicely. they are about 1.5 levels above the street now. another encouraging sign to see construction moving along on a chicago highrise.
