The purple square represents MRT station? Can see another one at Danga City Mall. Anywhere else? Thanks to share.

Do you really think they will end up there? There will likely be a lot of attempts to move them to where big real estate investors would like them to be, right?

I guess maybe they don't want to use JB Sentral because it couldn't handle the additional capacity?

JB Sentral is quite big I think, almost as big as KL sentral. If KL sentral can handle all those KTM-LRT-Commuter , I believe JB sentral will have no problem handling KTM-MRT.

No one knows where the mrt is going to be at now... this is what i saw in the brochure. i commented from there...
If you look carefully, that area has potential too... the land where the old custom was located is cleared... hopefully some amazing projects will be built there....

It's under renovation but not all the shops are closed. Yes, Capitaland bought City Square few years back...

Actually JB Sentral is quite small, it is roughly about 1/8 of KL Sentral. I believe it was designed to cater KTM trains only. Which is why they are mooting underground RTS.

only 1/8? I thought it has 5/8 or 3/4 of KL sentral size.. . Nonetheless, I think JB sentral can/need to cater additional rail service such as Monorail or LRT coz the sentral itself is a bit underutilised right now.. With some additional at here-and-there to the sentral's building, elevated platforms for Monorail/LRT/MRT are possible.

Those in the corridor of power would know where this MRT station with shared immigration checkpoint is. And they are going to profit tremendously from it.
SpSetia projects in Setia Tropika and near DangaCityMall are closed to two of the important MRT stations (in the plan).

most of the forumer there plan/dream to live in nusajaya/jb area after they retire, mainly becoz of the higher living cost in singapore.
