The Platino

4 Towers of 29 floors with 704 units in total, will be launched in 2 weeks times.
The rumour is that the ill-fated Kemayan City was bought over by a US company, according to the staff.

so jb next future residential highrise skyline will be around/along the north south highway of kempas exit and bandar dato onn exit. The land around the area is develop/owned by SP Setia, KSL Holding, IOI Properties,Johor Land and also latest is IJM Land (Desa Palma, Nasa Utama). With the direct link to EDL now, this area now become booming with property development. Better the govt upgrade the north south hgway to 3 lane along this area, coz the highway traffic is already pack now especially during peak hour.

From all those projects, only KSL City and Sky Residence are showing very fast progress. The construction of KSL's two hotel towers had completed and everyone is pretty much accepted to spend their nights in there. Tengah promosi sekarang n sangat murahh maaa, a mere rm150/night. Sky residence had reaced 20th ++ floor I think. Those who frequent to Bukit Indah can see it progressing smoothly.. For Tropez residence... ermmm I can see sevral tower cranes had been employed to the site... The rest I dont know but if u drive through Skudai highway, u can see lots of tower cranes at the area next to that haunted Kemayan City...

I think that's the project... Several cranes are already on site.. .. Hopefully this project will put the urban legend of the ghost of Kemayan City to rest.

The purple square represents MRT station? Can see another one at Danga City Mall. Anywhere else? Thanks to share.

Do you really think they will end up there? There will likely be a lot of attempts to move them to where big real estate investors would like them to be, right?

I guess maybe they don't want to use JB Sentral because it couldn't handle the additional capacity?
