And by the way, what's the current height, current floors, and how many feet/meters/floors until topping out?

1. Shanghai Tower (U/C)
2. Evolution (U/C)
3. Cayan Tower (Completed)
4. Turning Torso (Completed)
5. Suite Vollard (Completed, not really a twisting tower, but its floors rotate)
6. Dynamic Tower (Proposed, also has rotating floors)
7. Chicago Spire (Cancelled, really shouldn't be on this list, but still twisting)
Why would you need more? There is a plenty that you didn't know:
  • Absolute World Towers 179m, 2012 - Mississauga, Canada
  • F&F Revolution Tower 243m, 2011 - Panama City, Republic of Panama
  • Al-Bidda Tower, 215m, 2009 - Doha, Qatar
  • Al Hamra Tower 413m, 2011 - Kuwait
  • Al Tijaria Tower 218m, 2009 - Kuwait
  • Avaz Twist Tower 176m, 2008 - Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Canton Tower 600m, 2010 - Guangzhou, China
  • Al Majdoul Tower 232m, u/c, c.2016 - Riyadh, KSA
So if you like it twisting, you're definitely not gonna be discontented, as there are even more planned, like
  • Agora Gardens Tower, u/c, c.2016 - Taipei, Taiwan.
And there are more yet to come: Cheongsam, Cobra, Raffles City Hangzhou, The Grove, Dancing Towers, Guiyang hotel etc.

Wow! Thanks for the list! I never knew there were so many twisting towers in the world! Now, could we PLEASE get at least one twisting supertall in New York besides 80 South Street, which really isn't a twisting tower?

I just looked up the Agora Gardens Tower, and it looks kind of like one of the original proposals for Shanghai Tower.

You missed possibly one of the most beautiful, the Wyndham Hotel in Manama

There's also a twister planned in Vancouver

I don't call Diamond Tower a twisting tower, although I like the design very much.

The Wyndhamn Hotel is beautiful! Is there a thread, and if there is, could you send me a thread to it?

I think the public are not used to it, I saw somewhere said that the "Used to be twins" were going to be twisting at 514m in Guangzhou, but lost to the ugly style of the east style tower!

But I believe soon the public will like it and get more of them in the skylines. Also aren't they more expensive than regular skyscrapers?

They take considerably longer to build, so yes.

I think it's going to be the most beautiful modern building in East Europe, that will reach 250 m and more.

They still need to extend some of the crown section.

Wished they could have made the tower taller, it would really stand out as of one Moscow or even Russia's symbol if it was like 350-400m

They changed the design, so not sure it stays lot of work at the top...
