amazing design, but it should have been taller!

imo itll be the most impressive looking building in the MIBC, so its a shame that itll be dwarfed by its supertall neighbours.

In Russia the middle of the winter coinсides with the beginnig of the new year. Is this true in your country also?

So you mean that they got a new credit or new investors because of the New Year?

I just thought that digging is more difficult with frozen ground, so maybe better start in spring and double the amount of excavators for a while..

I think they started because the new mayor of Moscow said that if they don't construct the buildings, the government will build parkings on these plots. Miraculously, 2 months later they found the money and continued works on city palace and plot 16.

Not much of the excavation is required. It's just necessary to open the top ends of the piles a little bit
