Avaz Twist Tower is being built in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Total Height: 172m (142m + 30m spire)
Total number of floors: 38 + Basement + Ground Floor
Investor: Avaz Media Group Sarajevo
Architect: Faruk Kapidžić - ADS Group Sarajevo
Construction Start: Summer 2006
Construction End: Summer 2008

I'm waiting for a cladding, because on the visualizations it looks like an awful reflective glass. It reminds me some Istanbul cheap towers...

that's a very cool tower..can't believe that the tallest tower in the balkans is being built in sarajevo!!! thin and sexy.

The skeleton differs from the Render. Infact it looks little like the render.

It's a nice building and it should look great when completed.

The next tallest are 118 meters tall condominium twins called BOSMAL City Center.

Another twisting skyscraper a la Turning Torso!
Nice that Sarajevo finally will get some modern fresh architecture to compete with all commie blocks. I am surprised I haven't heard about that earlier.

Construction on 33th floor = 35th level (cca. 125 meters). 5 more levels to go!
