If there really would be any decision it would have gone through mass-media in Austria, that's why I'm sceptical.
Anyway, I hope you're right

- Erich dostoł! - i do dziś nie wiesz, czy to krzyczał grenszuc, czy powstaniec.

Then Italian site is wrong. On 9th December a memorandum was signed between Slovenian traffic minister and Carinthian Landeshauptmann, nothing more. It would be big news here in Slovenia, if a definitive decision would be signed with Austrian government. As I'm quite inside those things regarding traffic projects it is very clear that this decision will be signed between both prime ministers OR at least both traffic ministers and full journalist coverage. This is how politics work in the way of presenting infrastructure things.

It is from Liechtenstein. I doubt it has big transport needs, so if you saw a lot of these plates on trucks it could be that Liechtenstein offers some fiscal advantages also for transport companies officially based there.

Your site is simply wrong, here's the original news in Slovene and German if you still don't believe us ...

EDIT: and in Italian (though both articles have other mistakes then )

Entry of Bregenz city tunnel (length 1.3 km) from the south.
It runs somewhat parallel to the Rhine valley motorway's Pfändertunnel (6.5 km).

Hmm, they are parallel only at the very south, otherwise they are vertical to each other.

Maybe perpendicular, surely not vertical.

Strictly speaking, the right word is orthogonal, but perpendicular is ok in casual use. Perpendicular means two lines at right angles (90 degrees) to each other in a two dimensional space (like on a map). Orthogonal generalizes the concept to more than two dimensions. Vertical means along an imaginary line which passes through the centre of the earth. In other words, vertical means straight up and down.
