Yes, I'm guessing as long as the person who took the picture knows it,
and allows it to be posted as is,
Or let the owner of the picture posts the picture himself,
Just make sure it's by the rules,
I see no problem, but just to make sure,
Ask the picture taker's permission to be okay to post his/hers pictures.

I don't know the person who took it, but I found some more pics on Panoramio and I'm asking for permission to use them. I can't just submit the pics though?

That picture is of the Omni area from the port and is actually pretty recent. You can see the Miami Herald building in the bottom left.

Just found out that the Mandarins proposed high rise is a go!
Also, is there anything planned for the Linx site...I know Linx is not going to happen, but will anything ever happen there?
