Tell that to the South Miami government which is currently aggressively down-zoning all the land in its downtown district on both sides of US-1 that is currently 3-stories or less to be permanently 3-stories or less.

Yeah, I figured that was the case. You would think that all those store and restaurant owners would be clamoring for more pedestrian traffic. Somi is a weird spot. Like the bastard child of Coral Gables and Richmond Heights.
