Why don't they finish painting the grid on MarinaBlue. Its been concrete and a strip of white for a couple of months now.

Good question!!!! I remember 10 Museum Park came to a standstill while painting on one of the tower's sides. Maybe they ran out of Paint?

Can someone take some street level shots of Marina Blue, 50 Biscayne, 10 museum and Biscayne Blvd. I would like to see the progress.

Yes, supposedly they are about to finish Biscayne Blvd. I would like to see that, hopefully they will put nice landscaping, a nice mix of royal palms in the median, and trees on the sidewalks!

I agree, I-75 is bad. I drove down to Tampa last month. It rained the entire trip there and back. Imagine all that traffic AND rain! I drove by three separate fatal accidents and a number of fender benders. Was I ever happy to get home safe.

On another note, gorgeous pics! Love 'em all. The PAC looks really good at night. I think it was really designed to be a 'night' building.
