Why is this thread in the highrise forum anyway? It's about an area and it should be in the City/Metro Compilations section. While its been moved the threadtitle can be renamed into the 'Kop van Zuid' So it will cover an larger area. Just my

this is not useless.
This is such an unique project in Europe, maybe the best in the World.
Its deserves his own thread.

The Baltimore will be around 170m. Don't know about the Chicago, but that won't be a highrise.

Agreed - even though lowrise, this is a BEAUTIFUL building that will really add more life to the pier.
