This towers going to fly up! Working on the third floor already, and it's only been out of the ground for just over 2 weeks!
Normally towers at the beginning start off slow, but not for this

yup. I hope Vinoly does something a bit more unique at 125 Greenwich, otherwise 50 West Street is going to be the more visually appealing.

Looks like it will have a nice impact on the skyline. A lot of smaller high rises around it, which means it will really standout.

They are askew. It expands from a small base to a slightly larger floor plate.
