I had a look at both the Marina Apartments and the plot for the flats at Royal Breeze - last weekend. They still have 6 flats at the Marina left - only one see facing. However vthey are large flats and the Marina is already very pleasant. The Lagoon/golf course facing flats actually look over a car park!
The problem with Royal Breeze and Marina is that any sea facing flats have a very wide, buildable, expanse of land in front of them - so you wander how long they'll be sea facing and Al Hamra's agents don't know what'll happen to the land. |

Monument, that is why i have purchased garden facing and not sea-facing. not worth the extra cost for sea facing if the view is not there.

Thanks for the reply - does the garden facing flat "really" face the garden or does it face soemthing else? And do you mean in the Royal Breeze or Marina?

Monument, i am referring to Royal Breeze, well the architect drawing shows garden/lake etc for non-sea facing apartments. The view of the sea wont be much anyway if the unit is on a lower floor because you will have trees adjacent to the building. Plus who wants to see people lying on sand. I would just save the extra £10000 and opt for non-sea facing unit.

Just had email from Global Estates that they have completed transfer to Al Hamra. There is a welcome letter from Al Hamra with revised payment dates.
