Any progress?

Following the last post, does anyone have any information on the current status of construction at Royal Breeze?

The Developer is Al Hamra Real Estate Development LLC, a private company with private investors, including HH Sheik Saud Al Qassimi, Ruler and Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah.

Glover, and others who may be visiting RAK, some photos of the latest construction and news would be appreciated.

Any news on the issue of beach for Royal Breeze?

Cheers.

Hello Everyone,

I was there yesterday and quite happy with the progress RB01-02 have reched 4th & 3rd floor respectively. Town houses at the back are painted and almost ready.
RB03-04-05 also off the ground.

BUT....piece de' resistance was the Marina Yacht club...Its like a little diamond lying in all the dust around. The place is brilliant, good ambience, very friendly staff. We were there around sunset and the views of Marina and ocean were fantastic. It has opened less than a month back and deserves a visit whether you have a place in Al Hamra or not.....(to the manager of the club...U can send me the chq for advertising your place separately ...just kiddin' folks!!)

I will post some snaps later in the day.....

Hi,

Tried loading the pictures but the image button only allows to post URL not attach any images from the computer. I tried the FAQs but the options quoted there dont seem to be activated.....Tried both of the following options:

To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'. To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page. Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.

To upload a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button and locate the file.
...do not have the "manage attachments" button!!!

OR

As a member, you can create Albums of images that are linked to your public profile. Albums can be created by visiting the User Control Panel, and clicking on the 'Pictures & Albums' link, and then clicking on 'Add Album'......do not have "pictures & albums" link!!!

Please advice??

test using 'insert image' button
