AFTER A LOT OF HIT

AND TRIAL I HAVE FINALLY MANAGED TO UPLOAD SOME SNAPS!!!!..

BUT NOW THEY HAVE TO BE CENSORED BY THE MODERATOR

IF ALL IMAGE UPLOADS HAVE TO BE SCRUTINIZED...THEN WHY NOT MAKE THE UPLOAD PROCESS A LITTLE SIMPLER....

I APPRECIATE THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR AND MODERATOR HAVE A MORAL OBLIGATION TO ENSURE NO CRAP GETS LOADED ON BUT...THIS UPLOAD PROCESS WAS DRIVING ME

ANYWAYS ENJOY THE FRUITS OF MY LABOR!!!!

Thanks Apurb, your photos have provided a much better construction update than any efforts by Al Hamra Estates.

I tried to post a message with an image trying to test and explain how to post images, but it seems that the mods didn't see it fit to post it.

What kind of rentals can be expected for a ocean view studio apartment on a high floor in Marina apartments

thanks for the pictures. I have a one bed in marina block d on 7th floor and i have rented for 50000 aed for one year. i had already paid the maintenance charges. its not great but a year will make a big difference so did not want toleave empty

i hear studios are going today in the 32-36k range! they were going around 50k 8 months ago!

let's hope that by the time RB apartments are handed over the place commands atleast AED 50K for the studio especially with all the amenities around like the Yacht club, golf course, 5 star hotel, water sports, a mall and hopefully some medical facilities...

If all the news is to be believed, then RAK is making good progress in attracting foreign business and investment, which means an increase in rental demand in the coming years, so cautiously optimistic on achieving 50k+ for studios in a few years time.

For those still making payments, £1 now just over 6.2 AED, the highest it's been in recent times.

If HH the Sheikh does indeed own some of the beach area, and decides to do a small build there, will only enhance the desireability of Al Hamra.

Still wish Al Hamra would improve on customer service though...

Looks like RB 1 & 2 have reached 9th - 10th floor. Thanks Laguna 33p for the update. I hope the pace continues like this and doesnot get impacted by the Feb race which ain't happenin' anymore...

We are planning to visit the place again to enjoy the Shisha and a couple of

at the yacht club

I saw the sail boat of team Alinghi...still sailing off the shore of Al Hamra?? Have they got a navigation malfunction??...what are they still doing here instead of heading back to Valencia.....I think the navigation system is the same which was used to confirm Valencia is in southern hemisphere

...as required by the "DEED"

They should just tuck their tails between their legs and leave...they dont deserve our hospitality after what they have done!!!!
