MoD, you promised a month ago that you will post pics of Aerocity once you are back. Now that I see you are back and have made some trips around Delhi, did you forget to take any pics of Aerocity? If yes, please make one more trip and post some pictures. I guess by now, at least some hotels in Aerocity must have progressed a lot.

That's what I thought about when I was in Delhi. Actually some of the areas like tilak Nagar and stuff in New delhi are comparable to slums too with that big open drainage next to the houses.
Stinks as hell.Dont know if there's anything they're gonna do for it..

Yes, there are areas which look like slums. That is something one would anyways expect in a low income developing country.

It's a city of 17 million (on top of being an Indian city). If it was 1 million city like Chandigarh, then things could have been different. Many of the drains have been covered and roads have been built on top of them while others will be covered in future, though that won't happen in an year or two.
